Foxcroft Estate
This summer I had the chance to stay at Foxcroft Estate right here in Des Moines, Iowa. Foxcroft is a new Airbnb in the area that just celebrated one year! With a rich history embedded in the house, owners Emily & Brandon Pertzborn took the home that was his grandparent's and renovated the mid-century home. They stayed true to the heritage of the house and included the stories from the building of the house to the parties held there and grandkid takeovers. It's styled to perfection by Emily, a interior designer and set decorator. While the couple is based out of L.A., they come back to Des Moines often to visit.
It was such a joy to walk through the home and document it, while simultaneously enjoying some R&R with my best girlfriends. It was the perfect staycation for Des Moines and I cannot wait to book another stay! Thank you, Emily & Brandon!
